We are looking for a talented and motivated Client Success Manager to join our award-winning team. If that's you, you'll have the ambition to grow within Sprint Education and have a desire to build lasting and fruitful relationships with prospective and current users of our SAAS - Campus. You'll be our clients' trusted advisor, manage support requests, and ensure they use the software to its full potential. You'll problem solve and work well both on your own and in a team - in fact, we're very team driven and on a typical day you'll work closely with our Client Success and Strategy Team.

You'll be responsible for

  • Onboarding new clients and getting them using the software to its full potential.
  • Running GAP analysis sessions over the phone and in person.
  • Meeting prospective clients and evangelizing the benefits of Campus.
  • Creating great ideas for continuing to improve our client retention rates; and implementing them.
  • Actively contributing to the Sprint content machine in the form of blogs, help guides, product updates and whitepapers.

You have, you are, you can

  • A history of getting your hands dirty and digging into challenges and opportunities.
  • Experience of working with clients and managing their needs and expectations.
  • A love of helping people win - it energizes you to work alongside people to help them grow their businesses.
  • Curious, and have a history of mastering new skills quickly. Your curiosity is well-suited to this part of the customer experience because you are great at listening to customers and working with them to solve business challenges.
  • A really good understanding of computers and IT - we're a digital agency and software house after all!

It would be super-good to have

(although not essential)

  • Some experience in and around the traditional handoff between Marketing and Sales and an excitement to bring those two disciplines together.
  • An understanding of the 'Software as a Service' model and experience in using/selling/supporting SAAS.
  • The ability to write engaging content that is both helpful, useful, and entertaining.
