We are looking for absolutely and only the best people to join our award-winning team. You'll need an ambition to grow within Sprint, passion for our product and services, and a real excitement to get stuck into helping us become an even more amazing agency. Having experience in a digital creative agency is preferable but not essential.

You'll be responsible for

  • Coordinating email marketing projects for our client accounts.
  • Talking with our clients on the telephone, by email, and face-to-face.
  • Pulling together all the arms of the business: creative, technical, accounts, and sales and coordinate them effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Carrying out data manipulation required for detailed outreach marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinating postal marketing projects for our client accounts.
  • Fulfilling the role of part business analyst, part data scientist, part project manager.

You have, you are, you can

  • 2+ years' experience in a client facing role in a digital agency or email marketing environment.
  • 2+ years' experience working in a project management, campaign management or account management role.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines with changing priorities.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Rock star attention to detail - especially when working under time-pressure.
  • Produce work of the highest quality and have killer attention to detail.
  • Hard working, enthusiastic, and passionate about client success and digital.
  • Proactive and confident, and able to build credible relationships with clients and their agencies.
  • An Excel Evangelist… you know only too well how its powerful capabilities can condition data on a micro level.
  • Superstar oral and written communication skills.
  • Generate lovable marketing content, whether that’s standing in front of a video camera and delivering a script, writing a blog, or tweaking ours, and our clients, social media accounts.

It would be super-good to have

(although not essential)

  • HTML andd CSS skills.
  • Adobe Creative Suite skills… especially Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Premiere Pro skills.
  • A 2:1 degree.
