About the role

We are seeking Data Executives to join our team, offering flexible working hours that fit seamlessly around your family commitments.


This role requires detail-oriented people to join our team, who are excellent problem solvers, fast and efficient at using technology, has a fastidious eye for detail, whilst following processes, with a determined work ethic.


As a Data Executive, you will play a crucial role in collecting and managing data, whilst collaborating with various departments to ensure the data is accurate, reliable, and used effectively to drive key initiatives and strategies for Sprint Education’s clients.


How the selection process works...

Step 1: Value Add and Logistics

You’ll have a video call with a team member to get to know you and see if you/we are a good fit. We’ll also go over things like the benefits we offer and dig into our company culture.

Step 2: Interview & Test

You’ll be invited into Sprint HQ for an interview, likely to be with someone on our leadership team, followed by a short test that gives you the chance to showcase your skills.

Step 3: References

We ask to chat to two references at least one of them should be a previous manager.

You have, you are, you can:

  • A thorough understanding of computers and IT.
  • Proficient knowledge and previous experience of Microsoft Office.
  • A history of getting your hands dirty and digging into challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident communicator, whilst calm under pressure.
  • Professional and reliable.
  • Ability to follow instructions whilst confidently managing your own tasks/time.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Improving, cleansing, and expanding our industry-leading education databases.
  • Enhancing our data using research techniques.
  • Cultivating time-saving data management techniques.
  • Managing quality control of our data.

It would be super-good to have:

(although not essential)

  • Previous experience working on a data management team.
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
